Marina Gabriel is a program management professional with over a decade of experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across international development and the nonprofit sector. She specializes in translating strategy into execution, coordinating diverse stakeholders, and managing programs that advance meaningful social impact.

Prior to joining CapEQ, Marina spent more than six years at Sesame Workshop, where she managed a portfolio of international programs focused on early childhood development, humanitarian response, water, sanitation, and hygiene, and mutual respect and understanding. Her work included overseeing project implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners, supporting compliance and reporting requirements, and helping deliver grant-funded initiatives ranging from hundreds of thousands of dollars to a landmark $100 million award.

Marina is driven by a belief that lasting change requires collaboration, strong systems, and sustained investment in people and communities. She is committed to helping organizations navigate complexity and build solutions that create durable, positive impact.
